great family experience with minor drawbacks
We really enjoyed our spacious family suite, which had enough room for all five of us without feeling cramped. The family-friendly atmosphere was enhanced by the charm of watching the hillside animals and the excellent indoor pool facilities, which provided a fun escape for the kids. We also appreciated the buffet options, with our children especially loving the selections available. The vibrant playground was an enjoyable space for our kids, offering them a place to burn off energy.
The location requires some effort to reach the main attractions, especially for families with small children.

The hotel offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautifully modern family suites that provided plenty of space. The attentive staff made every meal a pleasure, and the diverse buffet options made each dining experience enjoyable. the noise from the hallways could disrupt the quiet ambiance at times.

Enjoyed the large family-oriented spaces that cater well to kids, especially the vibrant playground, albeit uncovered. The wellness facilities, including the indoor pool, offered a solid spot for relaxation, although often crowded—a peaceful swim likely requires early hours.
The location is a hike from the main attractions. an uphill trek of about 12-15 minutes from town isn’t ideal for families with little ones. The family sauna is too small and often overcrowded, which detracted from our relaxation time. Dining could use an upgrade as the buffet selections feel limited and are often not refilled during service hours, leaving us scrambling for options before mealtimes end. The absence of air conditioning made evenings somewhat uncomfortable in warm weather, forcing us to keep windows open to get a breeze, which allowed corridor noise to seep in.

The staff really made us feel at home with their warm welcome. The hotel's clean and well-maintained surroundings were impressive. The food selection at breakfast offered a great variety, and the buffets at dinner were always fresh and tasty. I particularly enjoyed the Apres ski snacks in the afternoon—soup, meats, and delicious cakes. The indoor swimming pool was a pleasure to unwind in after a long day on the slopes. The ski-in/ski-out access was super convenient, allowing us to ski right back to our accommodation. I did find the mattress in our room too bouncy, as it felt quite outdated with springs poking through. The noise insulation wasn't the best either. we were often disturbed by the sounds from the hallway in the mornings. It would also be nice if there were more options for snacks outside of meal times, as the all-inclusive package felt somewhat limited in that regard. I appreciated the generous size of our family suite and the beautiful view of the slopes.
